Fresh-pressed Morning Green Juice

This fresh green juice makes a great nutrient dense snack or lunch beverage.

Ingredients
  1. 3 cucumbers
  2. 6-7 celery stalks
  3. 6-8 leaves of chard
  4. 1 handful of parsley
  5. 4-5 apples
  6. 1-3 inch piece of fresh ginger (no need to peel)*
  7. juice of 1-2 lemons
Instructions
  1. Hand squeeze lemon juice into the juice container
  2. Add all of the rest of the fruits and vegetables into juicer
  3. Juice away & voila!
  4. *Makes 2-3 days worth of juice for the family
Notes
  1. *ginger adds a lovely warmth and spice to the juice. To make it less spicy, eliminate ginger or only add a 1-inch piece.
