Balsamic Glazed Root Vegetables

Ingredients

parsnip
cut into 1/2 in pieces

rutabaga
cut into 1/2 in pieces

cut into 1/2 in pieces

cut into 1/2 in pieces

onion
cut into 1/2 in pieces

cloves
garlic
minced

balsamic vinegar

tbsp
olive oil
salt and pepper
to taste
Instructions
Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place the root vegetables and onion in a roasting pan.
Toss the vegetables with the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, rosemary and salt to taste. Do not crowd the vegetables.
Roast the mixture for a total of 40 minutes until tender, stirring every 15 minutes.
Notes
*If you know you'll have a busy day, cook recipe in crock pot and broil for 5 minutes to brown.
