Ingredients

green beans

pastured butter

tbsp
olive oil

lemon
optional
salt and ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Wash green beans and trim the ends.
Melt butter over medium heat until it browns a bit.
Add beans and toss.
Add olive oil & cook 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
Add salt & pepper to taste.
Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
