Simple Green Beans
- ½ lb green beans
- 1 tbsp pastured butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lemon optional
- salt and ground pepper to taste
- Wash green beans and trim the ends.
- Melt butter over medium heat until it browns a bit.
- Add beans and toss.
- Add olive oil & cook 5 minutes or until cooked to your liking.
- Add salt & pepper to taste.
- Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice (optional)
