Yes, we do! However, please note that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer hassle-free returns on most Unopened and Opened containers as follows:
- 30 days from confirmed delivery date: 100% refund, less return shipping cost and restocking fee
- 10 days from confirmed delivery date: 100% refund, less return shipping cost and restocking fee
- 11-30 days from confirmed delivery date: 50% refund, less return shipping cost and restocking fee
- Returns for opened containers are not accepted for international orders
- How do I get my refund?
If your order was received within the last 30 days, we are happy to refund your purchase less the return shipping charges according to the schedule above. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include your order number. We will then send you via email a return shipping label and instructions. Once you have returned your shipment and it has been received by our fulfillment house, we will refund you less the return shipping charge.
You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card account.
