Yes, we do! However, please note that customs regulations can change monthly in each country; if not adhered to properly, your order is at risk for being returned or confiscated. We do our best to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days of receipt. Standard shipping usually takes between 4-7 business days once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. Priority shipping usually takes between 2-3 business days once the order has been shipped from our warehouse. International shipping to most countries generally takes between 7-11 business days once the order has been shipped from our warehouse.

- What is your refund policy on supplements?
We stand behind the products that we carry at Thyroid Loving Care and offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
**Due to the unique nature of certain products, the following items *not* eligible for return are Opened bottles of MegaSporeBiotic 180 Capsules, and all Digital Products, eBooks, and Guides.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on most Unopened and Opened containers as follows:
- 30 days from the confirmed delivery date: 100% refund, less any Return Label cost plus a $2.00 Inspection/Restocking Fee.
- Return shipping costs must be paid by customers for all International orders to qualify for our refund policy.
- 10 days from the confirmed delivery date: 100% refund
- 11-30 days from the confirmed delivery date: 50% refund
- 30+ days from confirmed delivery: No refund
- Returns for opened containers are not accepted for International orders.
Please note that once the returned items are received and inspected by our warehouse and deemed to be in good condition, a refund for the total purchase price of the products minus a Return Label Fee (TBD) and a $2.00 Inspection/Restocking Fee will be processed. Refunds typically appear back on the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.

- How do I get my refund?
To start the Return/Refund process, customers must *first* contact us at email@example.com or by telephone on toll-free (888) 910-7039, and be sure to reference your Order # and Date of Purchase. We will then provide you with a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on how to return your products and process your refund if applicable.
You will be notified via email when your refund has been issued. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up on your credit card account.

We do our best to offer our customers the very best pricing that we can. We never want a price tag to prevent you from purchasing. If you find an identical item from our online store sold on another website for less than our price, we will match the competitor’s price on the identical product.
