Roasted Carrots

Ingredients
- 1 lb carrots, peeled & sliced into ¼ in. pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 sprigs rosemary, chopped
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400
- Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper into a bowl
- Toss carrots into oil mixture
- Place carrot mixture in a oven-safe glass baking dish or roasting pan
- Roast for 20 minutes or until tender
