  1. 4 cups pre-cooked Pastured or Organic Chicken, shredded
  2. 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  3. 4 tbsps curry powder (more or less to taste)
  4. 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  5. 1/4 cup raisins
  6. 1/4 cup soaked cashews or almonds, chopped
  7. Lettuce, head (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients (except lettuce) in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
  2. *Serve alone or on a bed of lettuce
