Chicken Curry Salad

This quick and simple way to zazz up a chicken salad into total deliciousness.

  • 4 cups pre-cooked Pastured or Organic Chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsps curry powder (more or less to taste)
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup soaked cashews or almonds, chopped
  • 1 Lettuce, head (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients (except lettuce) in a bowl and stir until well mixed.
  • Serve alone or on a bed of lettuce
