Saute onions and garlic together in a large saucepan over medium heat
Add ground beef to the saucepan, and brown
Transfer the cooked onions, garlic and meat to your crock-pot
Add all vegetables and spices (except avocado) to the crock-pot and stir pot
Place hot dogs on top (or keep them in fridge and fry in pan at meal time)
Set crock-pot to low and allow to slow cook for about 6-8 hours
Place hot dogs on plate and spoon into chili on top
Garnish with avocado. Eat up!
