Crock-Pot BBQ Short Ribs with Potatoes & Carrots

- Crock Pot
Ingredients
- 3 lbs grass-fed short ribs
- 1 yellow onion sliced
- 1 red onion sliced
- 1 bottle BBQ sauce reduced sugar and sodium
- 1 orange cut in half
- 1 large carrot diced
- 3 new potatoes diced
Instructions
- Line the bottom of your crockpot with your sliced onions and orange halves
- Place carrots and potatoes around the edge of the crockpot on top of your vegetable lining
- Place your grass fed short ribs in the center
- Pour entire bottle of BBQ Sauce over ribs
- Set your crockpot on low for 8 hours
- Serve warm.
