  • Crock Pot


  • 3 lbs grass-fed short ribs
  • 1 yellow onion sliced
  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 1 bottle BBQ sauce reduced sugar and sodium
  • 1 orange cut in half
  • 1 large carrot diced
  • 3 new potatoes diced


  • Line the bottom of your crockpot with your sliced onions and orange halves
  • Place carrots and potatoes around the edge of the crockpot on top of your vegetable lining
  • Place your grass fed short ribs in the center
  • Pour entire bottle of BBQ Sauce over ribs
  • Set your crockpot on low for 8 hours
  • Serve warm.
