  • Leftover chicken wings, drumsticks and thighs from chicken broth recipe
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp raw honey


  • Preheat oven to 350 F degrees
  • Mix the mustard and honey in a small bowl
  • Line a sheet pan with unbleached parchment paper
  • Place chicken on the sheet pan
  • Brush the top and sides with honey-mustard mixture
  • Reheat for 10 minutes until it turns into a nice glaze
