Ingredients
  1. 1 cup blanched almond flour
  2. ¼ teaspoon sea salt
  3. ½ teaspoon baking soda
Spice Mix
  1. 2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  2. 2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  3. 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  4. 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  5. 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  6. 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
Wet Ingredients
  1. ½ cup roasted pumpkin or pumpkin puree
  2. 3 eggs
  3. 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 F
  2. Mix dry ingredients and spices together in medium-large sized bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients together in a smaller bowl.
  4. Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix together until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into a greased loaf or muffin pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-35 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
