Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

  • 1 cup blanched almond flour
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Spice Mix

  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1 tsp ground cloves
  • 1 tsp allspice
  • 1 tsp ground cardamon
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

Wet Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin or pumpkin puree
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tbsp honey

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Mix dry ingredients and spices together in medium-large sized bowl.
  • Mix wet ingredients together in a smaller bowl.
  • Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix together until smooth.
  • Pour batter into a greased loaf or muffin pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-35 minutes.
  • Remove from pan and cool on rack.
