Paleo Pumpkin Breakfast Bread
- 1 cup blanched almond flour
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp ground cardamon
- 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
- 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin or pumpkin puree
- 3 eggs
- 2 tbsp honey
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix dry ingredients and spices together in medium-large sized bowl.
- Mix wet ingredients together in a smaller bowl.
- Stir wet ingredients into dry and mix together until smooth.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf or muffin pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20-35 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool on rack.
