Sauteed Chard
Servings: 4
Ingredients
- 1 bunch chard, de-stemmed and chopped
- 2 shallots, minced
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- olive Oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a large skillet on med-high and add olive oil.
- Saute shallots for 2 minutes
- Add chard and wilt a bit
- Add raisins and lemon juice
- Cover pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until chard is tender
