Ingredients

  • 1 bunch chard, de-stemmed and chopped
  • 2 shallots, minced
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • olive Oil
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet on med-high and add olive oil.
  • Saute shallots for 2 minutes
  • Add chard and wilt a bit
  • Add raisins and lemon juice
  • Cover pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until chard is tender
