Ingredients
  1. 1 ½ lbs organic or pastured ground turkey meat
  2. ½ cup chopped zucchini
  3. ½ cup chopped mushrooms (baby bella or button)
  4. ¼ cup shredded carrots
  5. 2 tbsp small red onion, chopped
  6. 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  7. 2 tbsp of basil, chopped
  8. lettuce leaves
  9. Tomato, sliced (for topping)
  10. Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Finely chop veggies and herbs and put in a large bowl
  2. Add ground turkey and mix all ingredients well by hand
  3. Shape into a patty. Some of the veggies will fall out, so press the loose ones on top of the formed patty.
  4. Grill for 5-10 minutes on each side to your preference of done-ness
  5. Top with lettuce leaves. You can also add mayonnaise, mustard or ketchup.
