Fabulous Fish Stir Fry

  • Wok


  • 16 oz wild-caught Mahi Mahi
  • 1 tbsp coconut vinegar
  • 1 tsp ginger and garlic paste
  • ½ cup bell peppers (red or yellow) de-seeded and cubed
  • ½ cup shiitake mushrooms
  • ½ cup water chestnuts
  • ½ cup carrots diced
  • 2-3 stalks scallions
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • ½ tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • ¼ tsp crushed red pepper optional


  • Marinate the cubed fish fillet with Ginger and Garlic Paste, Coconut Vinegar, Chili Powder for 20 minutes
  • Once the fish is marinated, pan sear the fish for 3 minutes on each side.
  • Heat up the wok and add in some cooking oil.
  • Add onions, carrots, and stir fry them until aromatic.
  • Add the mushrooms, water chestnuts and cubed bell peppers and do a quick stir.
  • Add the fish back in, fish sauce, chopped scallion, and do a quick stir, dish up and serve hot.
