At the time I was going through this, no one was really talking about effective and natural ways to repair the body and support the mind so that my depression would go away.

They also didn’t talk about how your gut affects your hormones and brain chemicals.

I spent many frustrating hours of researching it and finally discovered that there was a lot that could be done to improve my mood and banish depression for good!..

…and that it was simple.

So here’s what you need to do get get rid of symptoms of depression, anxiety, overwhelm and brain fog in two simple steps.

  1. Heal the gut. – I know…I know…I know…you’re tired of hearing this BUT healing the gut truly alleviates almost every issue under the sun which is why I keep hitting this point home.

The gut-brain connection is well documented in the scientific literature. Simply put – the health of your gut affects the health of your brain and your moods. And, it’s gotten pretty simple to heal the gut if you follow an anti-inflammatory diet and take MegasporeBiotic consistently for a 6 months.

(You’re probably saying to yourself, “When is she going to stop talking about repairing leaky gut with this probiotic?!?!” Well, I’m not. Not until everyone understands how easy it is to repair a leaky gut with this simple remedy!)

I wish so badly this solution had been around years ago when I was first diagnosed with Hashimoto’s. And, let me tell you, I wouldn’t be yammering on about it if it hadn’t helped me personally, hundreds of my clients, and my entire family including our 7-year old son who was riddled with food sensitivities.)

Seriously, if you want to tackle both a thyroid or autoimmune condition and depression, anxiety, panic, overwhelm and the like,MegaSporeBiotic is the best place to start.

Now on to Step 2….

2. Read A Mind Of Your Own by Dr. Kelly Brogan – whoa! This book blew me away. It’s helped countless clients and is a breath of fresh air!

A Mind Of Your Own clearly outlines the steps to take to reverse depression and moodiness naturally.

Kelly and I are completely on the same page when it comes to healing your mind, body and spirit for long-term health, vibrancy and happiness and I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s the real deal and it’s been a Godsend to so many of my clients.

Everything I researched years ago is presented to you simply, in one place, in this amazing book.

You can read the first chapter of it for FREE here >>

You may also love Kelly’s new 4-part video workshop (also free), called Calm Body, Clear Mind. In this workshop, she shares ways to banish:

  1. Brain fog
  2. Unstable moods
  3. Fatigue
  4. Anxiety
  5. Disabling (and often subconscious) beliefs
  6. And much more…

You can access the FREE workshop here. There’s a great video on that page by a lovely woman who was suffering from a thyroid condition affecting her mood and clarity. Watch what she has to say. It’s very interesting.

Thank you so much for the free workshop and information. Once you start looking for health answers online, once is just inundated with ads, products to buy and costly workshops/lectures that really take you round and round without much direction. I sincerely appreciate your complimentary suggestions, and free avenues to do research, book suggestions, and health touch-stones.

I have directions here for Mega Sporebiotic – which says take 1/2 capsule every other day after a meal for week 1 and then 1/2 capsule every day after a meal for week two – the Mega sporebiotic is a capsule so how do I split it – do I just eat the powder that is inside for the first and second week?

    1. TLC Support

Hi Doreen, to split a MegaSporeBiotic capsule, first, make sure your hands are clean and dry. Then, pull the capsule apart over a small, flat plate, and pour the contents on to the plate. Then, use a knife to separate the powder into two piles, and then scrape one of the piles into a drink or some food. The powder is temperature stable so the liquids or food can be hot or cold. You can save the other part of the powder in a cup with saran wrap or a napkin on top for the next day. It’s fine to save the left-over probiotic for a few days as long as it remains dry. You can just place the covered cup on the counter – it doesn’t need to be refrigerated as MegaSporeBiotic is temperature stable!
