Have you ever noticed your child having symptoms like nasal congestion, bumps on their arms, dark circles under their eyes, continual gas/bloating or rashes to name a few? As a new mom, I had no idea that they were related directly to food sensitivities.
I was just reminded today about how far my 7-year old has come since his gut started to heal. When he was just a little guy, he had bumps on his cheeks and eczema on his arms as well as a near constant diaper rash, plus painful bloating, constipation and difficult bowel movements.
